On behalf of VietnameseCommunity in Australia/ Victoria Chapter, Lions Club of Melbourne Vietnamese organised the third Children Lanterns Festival at Federation Square, Melbourne on Saturday 22 September 2007, from 12 noon to 9.00 pm. The festival was a success with on stage entertainment, games, cooking demonstrations, lantern making, dragon dance, commercial stalls, lantern parade and concluded with spectacular fireworks.
